We’re now on the verge of a major scale-up — with new locations, new business units, and new internal structures underway. In 2026, we will be: * Hopefully ppening our first unit at Copenhagen Airport * Launching our first full festival season * Scaling Killer Katering into a standalone part of the business * Building the internal systems and team we need for future growth — including international expansion That’s why we’re looking to add ambitious and driven managers to our dynamic and international team of kebabistas. About the Role As a Store Manager or Assistant Manager, you’ll be responsible for the daily operations of one of our locations. That means upholding the product quality and customer experience we’re known for, while helping lead a happy, high-performing team. You’ll help ensure your store runs smoothly, that service is fast and friendly, and that your KILLER KREW is trained, motivated, and working well together. You’ll also be expected to manage hygiene, operations, and performance metrics — and be ready to take responsibility when it counts.

Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

* Leading shifts and managing day-to-day operations

* Training and supporting your team to meet performance and quality standards

* Ensuring compliance with hygiene, food safety, and internal procedures

* Assisting in monitoring KPIs and acting on them to improve performance

* Assisting in scheduling, communication, and conflict resolution in your store

* Being a Killer Kulture carrier — leading by example, holding high standards, and contributing to a positive team vibe

Qualifications

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

* Has experience in hospitality (store, shift, or assistant manager level)

* Takes pride in delivering quality and consistency — even during a rush

* Enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

* Is organised, responsible, and not afraid to make decisions

* Communicates clearly and knows how to motivate others

* Wants to grow with the company and take on more responsibility over time as we expect lots of opportunities to arise
