Summary
A Site Manager for the first Mattress Recycling Business in Denmark. Supported by the RetourMatras Group and IKEA, the Site Manager will open a Greenfield site business and run it both operationally and commercially.
Responsibilities
· Set-up the operation with the support of the Group team
· Manage the daily production and make sure mattresses are dismantled safely, efficiently, and correctly.
· Maintain an overview of planning and logistics, from incoming mattresses to outgoing shipments and related administration.
· Report performance to the Group team
· Work closely with the Municipalities to secure and service contracts
Qualifications
· Ideally degree qualified but suitable experience will also be considered
- Experience of the Recycling/Waste Management industry would be advantageous
· You speak and write English well and communicate clearly.
· You have 10years Operational Management experience and a desire to progress into General Management
· You are comfortable in Commercial discussions
· You take responsibility and make decisions when needed
· You enjoy working together and feel confident in a leadership role.
