About the Role As a Store Manager or Assistant Manager, you’ll be responsible for the daily operations of one of our locations. That means upholding the product quality and customer experience we’re known for, while helping lead a happy, high-performing team. You’ll help ensure your store runs smoothly, that service is fast and friendly, and that your KILLER KREW is trained, motivated, and working well together. You’ll also be expected to manage hygiene, operations, and performance metrics — and be ready to take responsibility when it counts.
